Javalina's coffee shop was sold to Java Edge in December of 2008. Bonnie Vining has formed a non-profit organization called Live Acoustic Venue Association (LAVA) for the purpose of connecting musicians with appreciative audiences in settings that are conducive to listening.

LAVA will be hosting concerts in a variety of settings, so please check the new LAVA Music Website to see where your favorite musicians will be playing.

LAVA is filing for 501(c)(3) status, and admission charges are considered donations.
